At Bake Theory, we strive to deliver high-quality, freshly made baked products tailored to your needs. As most of our items are perishable and made-to-order, we request our customers to read and understand our cancellation policy before placing an order.
Standard Orders (non-custom):
Can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, preparation may have started, and the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Custom or Personalized Orders:
Must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Cancellations made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
Same-Day or Next-Day Orders:
These orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund, as production begins immediately after confirmation.

Please include your order number, name, contact details, and reason for cancellation in your request. We will confirm the status of your request within 24 hours.
If your cancellation request is approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 business days.
If ingredients have already been sourced or preparation has begun, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply and be deducted from the refund.
The following are non-cancellable:
Same-day and next-day delivery orders
Customized or personalized products after production has started
Items marked as final sale, clearance, or flash sale
In rare events such as natural disasters, lockdowns, or delivery service disruptions, cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and understanding in such situations.
