Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bake Theory, we take great care to ensure that your baked goods are delivered fresh, on time, and in perfect condition. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

1. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver within select locations in Bangalore, Karnataka. Before placing your order, please confirm that we service your delivery address. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Orders:
  Delivered within 24 to 48 hours, based on availability and delivery location.

• Custom Orders (cakes, gift boxes, bulk):
  Require 24 to 72 hours’ notice, depending on design complexity and quantity. You’ll receive a confirmed delivery date during order confirmation.

• Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery:
  Available on select products and within specific areas. Cut-off times apply and availability may vary.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery Fee:
  A flat delivery charge may apply based on location and distance.

• Free Delivery Offers:
  Occasionally, we may offer free delivery on select products or promotional campaigns. These will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

• Bulk/Corporate Orders:
  Custom delivery charges may apply and will be discussed during order consultation.

4. Delivery Process

• Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival to ensure availability.

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt redelivery once, or contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

• Please inspect the goods upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, notify us immediately.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• High order volume

• Traffic or weather disruptions

• Public holidays

• Unforeseen operational issues

We will always inform you in advance of any delay and aim to reschedule promptly.

6. No-Delivery Zones

Currently, we do not ship outside Bangalore or to remote/unreachable areas. If your address falls under a no-delivery zone, you’ll be notified during order review and offered a pickup or alternative option.

7. Pickup Option

Customers may opt to pick up their orders from our production kitchen at:
